Kimberlee Comrie

Kimberlee Comrie is a Faculty Coach at Instructional Empowerment. She is motivated by her belief that all students have the right to high-quality, equitable, and inclusive education. Kimberlee’s 18 years in education include experience as a teacher, instructional coach, special education coordinator, and inclusive education director for schools primarily in The Bronx, New York.

As a life-long learner, she finds the ultimate joy in supporting others as they grow and reach their goals. Kim understands the importance of building capacity in educators and teacher efficacy when preparing students to be the future game changers of society. As a faculty coach, she supports schools in this work by delivering professional development, coaching, and instructional planning support.

Kim attended Syracuse University, earning a bachelor’s in Marketing and a master’s in Childhood Education. She has a master’s in Public School Building Leadership from Teachers College and holds a Students with Disability certification.
