Kristin Damberger

Kristin is a Faculty Coach at IE. With 18 years of experience in education, Kristin brings a deep commitment to fostering student growth and improving outcomes through impactful leadership and instruction. She holds two bachelor’s degrees in psychology and Elementary Education, along with master’s degrees in Global Education Policy and School Leadership. Her certifications include gifted and talented education, language acquisition and development, and advanced credentials in Education Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education and multilingual learner support from the Center for Applied Linguistics.

Having worked across Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School settings, Kristin has served as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, professional development coordinator, and Curriculum Director. Her passion lies in building systems that nurture students as unique learners and creating meaningful adult learning experiences that lead to sustained impacts on student success.
