Bob Eddy is a knowledgeable and passionate educational leader with over 40 years of experience in the public school setting. He served as a teacher, coach, secondary principal, and district level leader in one of the largest school districts in Georgia.
Although Bob has extensive experience in school leadership, assessment development, curriculum design, and human resources, his passion for the past decade has been training school administrators on the effective use of teacher and leader evaluation systems. As a result of his focus on using the evaluation process as a teacher growth tool, student achievement in his district has reflected enhanced teacher growth and effectiveness. Bob strongly believes the implementation of the Marzano Focused Teacher Evaluation Model (FTEM) can lead to enhanced teacher effectiveness and higher student achievement in any school.
Bob has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from SUNY Cortland, an Educational Specialist Degree from The University of Alabama and a Doctorate Degree in Education Leadership from Samford University.
