Sierra Dorham is a Faculty Coach with Instructional Empowerment with over 15 years of experience in education. Her extensive expertise encompasses diverse roles within K-8 schools, including that of classroom teacher, reading interventionist, Federal Programs Coordinator, and Assistant Principal. Sierra embarked on her career as an educator because of a passion to profoundly impact students’ lives and champion equitable access to education for all.
Her global perspective was honed during a transformative four-year tenure teaching in an Arabic/English Dual-Language Immersion Program in the Middle East.
