Dr. Martha Hightower has a passion for leading change and helping others. She currently delivers professional development content to teachers and school leaders in various schools to improve teacher planning, instruction, and evaluation. She assists school leaders by troubleshooting issues and discovering ways to improve performance by optimizing their strengths. She has extensive experience in public education ranging from special education to elementary and secondary school administration within Orange County Public Schools. She received a doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Martha and her husband are proud parents to three children and reside in Apopka, Florida. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, exercising, cooking, reading, and writing.
