Sustainable, second-order change in schools starts with a strong Destination Vision for Instruction that ignites passion and paints a clear picture of what the future can hold. Participants in this session will learn the difference between a school’s vision and a Destination Vision for Instruction, and will identify what they want to see and hear in every classroom for every student, every day.
