With 19 years of experience in education, Aaron Ford has dedicated his career to serving students and fostering their growth both inside and outside the classroom. Over the years, Aaron has taken on a variety of roles, including Physical Education teacher, Special Olympics coach, Cross Country and Basketball coach, and even a Wedding and Party DJ for eight years. His diverse background reflects his deep commitment to engaging students in meaningful ways, whether through athletics, arts, or leadership.
Aaron’s leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that effective education requires partnership. As both an Assistant Principal and Principal in elementary school settings, he has always focused on building strong relationships with teachers and staff to ensure that student achievement remains the central priority. Aaron leads by example, choosing to be “boots on the ground” and staying actively engaged with students and staff, rather than staying behind a desk. His commitment to hands-on leadership and collaboration allows him to truly understand and support the needs of students, helping to create a positive and productive school culture.
Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Leisure Sciences along with a K-12 teaching endorsement from Adams State University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Throughout his career, Aaron has remained steadfast in his commitment to doing what is best for students, believing that every decision should ultimately support their academic and personal development. Whether coaching on the field, leading in the classroom, or supporting staff, Aaron Ford continues to inspire and drive positive change in education.
