Ms. Endicott started her educational journey in 2008 as a high school English teacher. She received a master’s degree in literacy education and her school principalship certification from Marshall University. Ms. Endicott served for 13 years as a teacher in the Mingo County School District before accepting a principalship in the Wyoming County School District in West Virginia. She served for one year as an administrator of an elementary and middle school and currently serves as the principal of Westside High School.
