Ms. Davis, born and reared in Indianapolis, Indiana, is a graduate of Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana, and obtained her master’s degree from Butler University, Indianapolis, Indiana. Ms. Davis’ career in education has spanned over 25 years, including the roles of teacher, Literacy Coach and Assistant Principal. In her current position, Ms. Davis serves as Principal in the Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township, in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she enjoys connecting with students, families, staff and the community. Ms. Davis’ journey in education has been enhanced by her experiences with creative students and amazing colleagues she has met through the years.
