Heidi Koplin

Heidi Koplin has served many schools across the K-12 spectrum as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, school-based principal, and district level professional development specialist. Heidi’s focus on strong instructional programs and ensuring equity in access for all learners helped her schools accomplish rigorous school goals. Ms. Koplin continued her own professional learning by completing her master’s degree at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and her Educational Leadership studies at University of South Florida. Along her professional journey, Ms. Koplin remains committed to her passion for teaching and learning and ensuring that EVERY student receives the best education to open the doors for their future.
