Throughout her roles as a teacher, district coach, administrator, school principal, and school leadership coach, Jennifer has consistently applied data-driven strategies to identify student needs, target interventions, and monitor progress. Her commitment to fostering student collaboration has been a cornerstone of her approach, creating an environment where students are empowered to take ownership of their learning and work together to achieve shared goals. She has demonstrated success in turning around underperforming schools, particularly those serving high-need communities. Jennifer holds an undergraduate degree in Public Administration from George Mason University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy from Florida State University.
