Dr. Reba Clarke-Wedderburn is a coach and consultant who strives to pursue equity, which means supporting all students, regardless of their background or circumstances, in achieving their full potential. Dr. Clarke-Wedderburn believes that all educators have the power to positively impact students and the community. Dr. Clarke-Wedderburn has supported teachers, school-based leaders, and district leaders in several states in developing implementation action plans. Dr. Wedderburn holds a Doctorate of Education from Lipscomb University, a Master of Science in Instructional Leadership from Union University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Exceptional Student Education from Florida Atlantic University.
