Todd Marzano

Captain Todd R. Marzano brings deep experience in developing expertise and leading high reliability organizations. During his 30 years in the U.S. Navy, he served in numerous squadrons and ships, including being the first Commanding Officer of the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier John F. Kennedy (CVN 79), where he established a winning culture and successfully guided a diverse shipbuilding team through critical construction milestones. He also had the honor of commanding Strike Fighter Squadron 146 and USS Arlington (LPD 24) and served as Executive Officer of USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) and USS Nimitz (CVN 68).

Throughout his military career, he deployed overseas 7 times, logged more than 3,000 flight hours, and accumulated over 800 carrier-arrested landings flying the F/A-18 Hornet. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado, a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, completed the Navy’s Nuclear Power Training program, and is a graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN).

Leveraging his 30 years of military experience, Marzano will provide his unique insight into the methods and framework employed in the U.S. Navy to develop expertise and ensure success.
