An unquenchable passion for equity in education is what drives Tracy Duval daily and has been what has kept her in the field of education for over 30 years. She began her career as a paraprofessional and was hooked at the first opportunity to advocate for students. During her years of service to students, Tracy has had the privilege of supporting teachers, administrators, and district staff on their journey to educate students.
