As a School Leadership Coach for Instructional Empowerment for 4 years, Barbara Stokke partners with instructional leaders and their teams across the country to improve systems in schools that directly impact outcomes for all students.
Barbara received her BA in Elementary Education, MAs in School Counseling and in School Leadership from the University of Northern Iowa and an Ed.S. in School Leadership from Northern Illinois University. She served in public education for over 30 years as an elementary teacher, K-12 School Counselor and most recently, an Elementary School Principal in Illinois.
Her passion for serving students, teachers and leaders continues as she is able to focus on continuous improvement with her project schools.
