Debbie Terry’s career in public school education spanned over 30 years. She held the positions of teacher, curriculum specialist, assistant principal, elementary and middle school principal, director of HR, and assistant superintendent of HR. Her roles with Instructional Empowerment are part-time Director of the Marzano Evaluation Center and consultant, working with the evaluation models and all areas related to the models. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Northern Kentucky University and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from NOVA Southeastern.
