Coaching for Systems Change

For school districts to truly transform their practice and achieve the outcomes in student learning they seek, the focus needs to be on changing the legacy systems that are the root cause of their current reality. This session, designed for district leaders who are charged with building the capacity of school leaders, will provide participants with strategies and language for coaching leaders through a systems lens.
