In this session, leaders will learn best practices to maximize the principal and principal coach relationship to improve student achievement. We will also discuss best practices for effectively utilizing school-based instructional coaches to cultivate learner-driven classrooms schoolwide. Instructional leaders will learn about systems that need to be established for impactful coaching that enhances student achievement and builds teacher capacity.
